I love a mojito, especially in the summer — it’s just so refreshing! This version adds a fun twist to this Cuban cocktail with the addition of lavender syrup. Lavender isn’t something you usually see in home bars, but it’s one worth trying. It brings a gentle, slightly herbal sweetness that pairs beautifully with the lime and mint. The end result is a mojito that’s super smooth and a refreshing twist on a Cuban classic.
