French Pineapple Daquiri

Just back from a month in France and completely inspired by the drinks scene there — this French Pineapple Daiquiri is one of my new favorites. It’s made with St-Germain (one of my absolute favorite liqueurs — a must-try if you haven’t yet!) and a splash of pineapple for a light, floral twist. I love serving these in chilled coupe glasses — they make everything feel instantly elegant.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 2 oz white rum
  • ¾ oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Splash (about ½ oz) of pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes

Garnish:

Instructions:

  1. Add rum, St-Germain, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
