Just back from a month in France and completely inspired by the drinks scene there — this French Pineapple Daiquiri is one of my new favorites. It’s made with St-Germain (one of my absolute favorite liqueurs — a must-try if you haven’t yet!) and a splash of pineapple for a light, floral twist. I love serving these in chilled coupe glasses — they make everything feel instantly elegant.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 2 oz white rum
- ¾ oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Splash (about ½ oz) of pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
Garnish:
- Fresh or dried pineapple wedge
- Optional: lime wheel or edible flower
Instructions:
- Add rum, St-Germain, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
