Cucumber Basil Vodka Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Topo Chico lime with mint sparkling water
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 3-4 slices of cucumber
- Ice
- Lime wheel or cucumber slice for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle the cucumber slices and basil leaves in a shaker.
- Add the vodka, lime juice, and flavored water.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or cucumber slice.
