Amalfi Coast & Sorrento Honeymoon Itinerary

The Ultimate Romantic 7-Night Escape

There are some places I visit in Europe that I truly enjoy, but after exploring them once, I feel ready for the next adventure. On the other hand, there are those magical spots I could return to year after year without hesitation. For me, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento are exactly that. I’ve been lucky enough to visit several times, and I can honestly say the charm never fades. The winding little alleyways in Positano, the laid-back yet vibrant energy of Sorrento, the food, the views, the shopping—every corner feels like it’s straight out of a dream.

If you’re planning a honeymoon or anniversary trip, this region offers one of the most romantic, charming, and unforgettable settings to celebrate your journey together. Here’s my suggestion for a wonderful honeymoon escape:

Day 4

Slow Down & Enjoy Positano

Today is about taking it easy and just enjoying being in Positano. Sleep in, take your time with breakfast, and let the day unfold at its own pace.

Head down to the beach and rent a couple of chairs on Spiaggia Grande. Alternatively, if you want something a bit quieter visit Fornillo Beach. Spend the day lounging, swimming, and soaking up the views. After, wander through the little streets, stop for a drink, and browse the shops. There’s no rush—just enjoy the atmosphere.

In the evening, join a small-group cooking class where you’ll learn how to make gnocchi and tiramisu. You’ll cook, sip wine, and share a homemade meal with a handful of other guests. It’s a fun, low-key way to end the day and make a sweet memory in Positano.
