Authentic Spanish Sangria
When Shawna and I took a cooking class together in Madrid, we had no idea we’d be learning how to make the best sangria of our lives. Between sips and laughter, we discovered the perfect blend of wine, fruit, and just the right splash of brandy. In Spain, sangria is more than just a drink—it’s the heart of every fiesta, from lively Seville tapas bars to sunlit Barcelona patios. This recipe brings those memories home, perfect for your next gathering and inspired by a Spanish summer evening under twinkling lights.
