SAZERAC (New Orleans)
- Muddle 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters and 1 sugar cube in a cocktail shaker.
- Add 2 ounces of rye whiskey and a dash of Absinthe.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
*Pairs well with Jambalaya
PISCO SOUR (Peru)
- Combine 2 ounces of Pisco, 1 ounce of lime juice, .75 ounces of simple syrup, and 1 egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
- Garnish with 3 drops Angostura Bitters.
*Pairs well with Lomo Saltado
JAPANESE SLIPPER (Australia)
- Combine 1 ounce Midori, 1 ounce Cointreau, and 1 ounce of lemon juice.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a maraschino cherry.
*Pairs well with Sushi
MICHELADA (Mexico)
- Moisten the rim of a beer glass with a lime wedge and dip in chile lime salt.
- Add 2 ounces tomato juice, 1 ounce lime juice, 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and add Tobasco sauce to taste.
- Add a chilled Mexican lager beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

KRAKOW COFFEE FLIP (Poland)
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 ounces vodka, 0.5 ounces Kahlua, 1 ounce heavy cream, 1 whole egg, 0.5 ounces simple syrup, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- Cover and shake for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

PIMM’S CUP (United Kingdom)
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle a cucumber slice and a few leaves of mint.
- Add 2 ounces of Pimm’s No. 1 and 5 ounces of ginger ale or sparkling lemonade.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a high ball glass.
- Garnish with mint, cucumber, strawberry and orange slices.

THAI BASIL GINGER MOJITO (Thailand)
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle Thai basil leaves.
- Add 2 ounces white rum, 1 ounce lime juice, 3 ounces soda water, and 0.75 ounces ginger syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to chill the mixture.
- Strain into this fabulous faceted coupe glass.
- Garnish with Thai mint and a lime wedge.

DARK AND STORMY (Bermuda)
- To a high ball glass, add 2 ounces dark rum and 0.25 lime juice.
- Add crushed ice.
- Add 5 ounces of ginger beer and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
*Pairs well with Coconut Mahi Mahi
APEROL SPRITZ (Italy)
- To a balloon goblet glass, add a 0.5 ounces of soda water, 3 ounces of Aperol, and 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with an orange slice.

FIJIAN PASSION (Fiji)
- In a blender, add 1.5 cups crushed ice, 2 ounces dark rum, 1.5 ounces Triple Sec, 1.5 ounces pineapple juice, and 6 ounces passion fruit juice.
- Blend until slushy.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
